What devices does it work on?

Most current model smartphones and tablets using Android and iOS.

Can I see a demo?

Yes. Contact us for a quick 10 minute demo.

How much does it cost?

There is a one-time setup fee and monthly subscription fee. The cost is just pennies per vehicle per day, depending on fleet size and options.

Does the subscription include support and updates?

Yes

How can I make sure I have the current version of AxiKit?

Press "More" at the bottom of most screens. The side menu appears, and you'll see the version number near the top. You can check AxiKit in the app stores to see if "Update" appears on your device. We suggest you set your devices to auto-update so you'll always have proper functionality and access to the latest features.

Is there a Spanish version of AxiKit App?

Yes.

How is my AxiKit App customized for my fleet?

• Your logo
• Emergency contact name and phone

• Who is contacted before the driver leaves the scene

Can reports be sent to multiple people that I designate?

Yes.

What devices can reports be reviewed on?

The complete report, including recordings and photos can be reviewed on mobile devices and desktops.

Does it require an internet connection?

Although most functions work without an internet connection, you'll need it for some GPS functions and sending reports.

Do I need to train my drivers how to use the app?

Although it's designed to be very user friendly, we strongly suggest you make AxiKit App part of new hire orientation and periodic refreshers, such as safety meetings.

Do you provide training materials that I can distribute to my drivers?

Yes. We provide support materials to make it easy to familiarize your staff with AxiKit. You will receive a Quick Start Guide and Quick Start Video. We also provide a Manager's Guide and a monthly newsletter called AxiTips.

What are the dimensions?

7.0″H x 4.0″W x .25″D.

Does the kit contain a camera?

No. AxiKit Accident Kit is designed for use with the user's digital camera or cell phone camera.

How can I customize my AxiKits?

AxiKit Accident Kit can be imprinted with your text in 4 areas: each side, back panel, and the “Step 7″ panel. Click here for a form that will help with ideas for customizing your AxiKits. We can also customize your AxiKits in other ways. If you have special requirements, just let us know.

Can I have my logo printed on AxiKit Custom?

Yes. There is no extra charge for your logo if it’s a high quality electronic image, it’s included in the customization fee. We accept most file formats such as .eps, .jpg and .ai.

Can I add a map or other special artwork?

Yes. There is no extra charge if you provide a high quality electronic image, it’s included in the customization fee.

Can I have my imprint in color ink?

Yes. The customization fee includes color. If you need a precise PMS color match, we can quote the cost.

How do I place an order?

All orders are prepaid. You can order securely online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. To pay by check, or if you need other assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-729-4548 (Mon-Fri 9A-5P eastern).

How soon will I receive my AxiKit order?

AxiKit Accident Kit orders are usually shipped in 2-3 business days. Customized orders are usually shipped in about 2 weeks. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation with an estimated ship date. Ground shipping usually takes 2-5 days. Overnight and 2-day shipping are available; please ask for quote.

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please notify us immediately if you have quality concerns about your order. We will gladly replace defective products if you notify us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@axikit.com. We do not offer refunds.
